We are seeking for a highly skilled and experienced ICT head to work with our esteemed client, in a prominent bitcoin firm. As the ICT head, you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing the information and communication technology (ICT) infrastructure especially tailored to the unique requirements of  Bitcoin trading operations

Head IT Key responsibilities

•  Develop and implement the IT strategy and roadmap for the innovation hub.
•   Manage and lead the IT team, including, training, and performance management. They shall
  be in charge of the Bitcoin innovation hub ICT life skill training program for different selected
  candidates.
•   Ensure the security and integrity of the innovation hub’s IT infrastructure, including data
  backup and disaster recovery plans.
• Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of software applications and
  systems that support the innovation hub’s operations.
•  Manage the budget for IT expenses and ensure that expenditures align with the innovation
  hub’s goals and priorities.
•  Identify and evaluate emerging technologies that could benefit the innovation hub and its
  clients.
•  Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that IT supports the
  innovation hub’s overall mission and objectives.
•  Develop and maintain relationships with technology vendors and service providers.
• Stay up-to-date on developments in the field of IT and advise management on opportunities
  and risks.

Required qualifications and skills

•  Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. A bitcoin
  developer stands advantage
•   Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT management or a related field.
• Strong leadership and management skills, including experience managing a team of IT
  professionals.
• Expertise in IT infrastructure, security, systems management and developing IT strategy and
  roadmaps
• Experience developing and implementing IT strategy and roadmaps.
•  Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends in the IT field.
